If you havea headache take a glass of water and go to you couch. Sit down and take a little sip of water, lean your head backwards and gurgle the water at the back of your throuat for 30 seconds and swollow it after. Keep repeating this untill your glass in emty or you feel better (dont over drink too much water, and the water should not be cold).

The vibration from this proces will adjust all the vibrations in your head cousing relief from headache.

Man I get bad migrenes lateley, when I was child I remember people saying they have a headach and I promissed my self when I grew up and got my headach I would not be that grummpy but boy I understand them now.
