Reminds me of when everyone started getting turned on to the St Johns Wort and it's benefits.  It even grew all over the place in England so you didn't have to pay - You could just grow it.  Thankfully the newspapers and scientific community came running to the rescue and let s know that it was in fact dangerous, even if we couldn't tell because all we were noticing was the good it did.  I think they were talking about banning it straight away.

Original Message is this normal to have very bad gas and cramping after drinking apple cider vinegar the first time. I did not do much, probably a tablesooon in a big glass of water
