The quoted statement does not imply that gravitational waves are direct
causes of earthquakes. The potential detection of earthquakes with the
magnetic flux detector would be due to changes in the Earth's magnetic
flux density prior to a physical displacement of the crust. The physics
for this may be related to the work of Friedemann Freund and his
experiments with compressed rock affecting p-hole structure of the
environment (Aether).

As for gravitational waves causing earthquakes, the gravitational waves
are the same thing as magnetic flux density waves. Magnetic flux
density and magnetic field strength are two orthogonal components that
cause magnetic pressure in the Aether. You can think of the Aether as a
magnetic fluid comparable to water. If there were an ocean of water
floating in space, the pressure would be greatest at the center of the
water mass. Similarly, the magnetic field pressure of the Aether is
greatest near magnetically oriented matter.

Just as a tsunami is a longitudinal wave in water, a magnetic flux
density wave is a tsunami in the Aether. When pressure builds in some
distant star and implodes/explodes, it sends a magnetic flux density
wave throughout the Aether fabric, which is all space-time. The only
way for that energy to dissipate is for objects with high magnetic
pressure to absorb it. Galaxies as a whole will absorb magnetic flux
density waves, particularly where their magnetic fields are strongest.
Individual stars and planets will also absorb magnetic flux density
waves. The greater the magnetic field strength, the more energy will be
absorbed.

The Earth has a sufficiently strong magnetic field strength to absorb
some of this Aether tsunami. That energy cannot be lost, it must be
converted to something else, which can be either electric currents, a
large spike in magnetic flux density, or mechanical movement. In
reality, it is likely converted to all three types of forces in varying
degrees.

There are likely different geometries for Aether tsunamis. An Aether
tsunami generated by an imploding star would likely be spherical, while
a similar wave caused solely by explosion would propagate as a disc
along a plane.

The magnetic flux density detector detects changes in magnetic flux
density. As the magnetic flux density increases or decreases it does so
at a certain rate. By changing the sampling rate of the data
acquisition unit, it is possible to see magnetic flux changes over
various scales of frequency. I'm acquiring data at the rate of five
samples per second. In reality, the magnetic flux density is vibrating
at a higher frequency. However, I am interested in the long term
average. This helps me to identify large scale signals of planets,
stars, and galaxies, which tend to operate at much lower frequencies
than radios, televisions, and other EM generating devices.

However, the slow sample rate does help me identify certain
technological signals such as submarine communications and exotic
weapons. I'm sure it would detect nuclear detonations, too. In fact, I
think I did detect a nuclear detonation during the Georgia-Russia war.
It was probably a controlled detonation by a government testing its
weapons prior to launching a large scale attack. It could also be the
signal I detected was from some other highly advanced EM beam
generator. I cannot say for certain other than it was clearly a large
scale weapon with lots of power.
