2 days ago both knees became inflamed and swollen. Then they both started hurting so bad I couldn't walk.
I am out of town so I went to the emergency room. The doc really thought it was rheumatoid arthritis. I have to see my doc when I go home in a few weeks.
I have chrohns which the er doc told me that causes the arthritis. I didn't know that.
I am into natural health and diet. I exercise a lot and fast a few times a year.
Maybe someone here has some advise.
