[quote:Anonymous Coward 446511:MV82NDE1OThfOTc3Mzk3OF9FMDEyQTVBQw==] [quote:Anonymous Coward 526180] Hey OP- Sorry to hear about your disgnosis. I know from doing some research for my mother(who was recently diagnosed with scoriatic arthritis) that the common thread between your two diagnoses is that they are both autoimmune disorders. I came across an excellent book during my research and I think it might be a helpful starting point for you in your research. It's called, "The Autoimmune Epidemic: Bodies Gone Haywire in a World Out of Balance--and the Cutting-Edge Science that Promises Hope" I relly liked the fact that the author delved deeply into environmental triggers for autoimmune problems as well as discussing vaccinations as a possible trigger. Best of luck to you, OP. Do your own research and be your own advocate is the best advice I have to give. Thank You. I am only 44 too young for this to happen. Thanks for the book I will check it out. I was exposed to some chemicals a few days ago ... I wonder if that's what set it off. I was also exposed to many chemicals when I was a kid. My family owned a factory. Poor me.
Do you think that feeling sorry for youself or your judgments about certain things that have happened to you could be the cause of illness manifesting in the body? Should you consider yourself a victim?
2 days ago both knees became inflamed and swollen. Then they both started hurting so bad I couldn't walk.
I am out of town so I went to the emergency room. The doc really thought it was rheumatoid arthritis. I have to see my doc when I go home in a few weeks.
I have chrohns which the er doc told me that causes the arthritis. I didn't know that.
I am into natural health and diet. I exercise a lot and fast a few times a year.
Maybe someone here has some advise.
Thanks
