[quote:Focal Point:MV82NTgyMTNfMTAwMDU5OTdfOENBQTYzRTc=] I think the election itself says we are ready for a black president. Even though he was not my candidate i will support the President of the US because its the best model for government the world has seen. I know it has made mistakes but it is a self correcting system based on the will of the people. I think its the duty of all citizens to support the will of the people for the next four years. Do i think he is heaven sent i can respond with an emphatic "NO" I really dont think heaven has anything to do with it. I agree with you i would have voted for Colin Powell in a heartbeat. Him speaking at the UN and putting Dominique Villepin (france) in his place was priceless. A true even handed statesman and fine man. B.O. is fiction. He simply was the guy the Dems grabbed. His policies are weak. He treads on dangerous ground in regards to Foreign relations. He has really no track record. Senators are not considered an executive position. the last senator elected was JFK and 90%of all US presidents have come from the Governor position. I know McCain was a senator also but he had 29 years as such and a grasp on foreign policy. Even tough McCain was not my choice either. I think its nice for the African American community to feel validated. Even though i wish it was someone else, but who knows if he picks his cabinet and advisors well. He might just turn into a great leader. Im not sure if this is the time to get on the job training though... Bush's last four years were disastrous for the republican party and I think thats why some traditionally red states went blue. This president has more power to affect the US than any other since Reagan. Dem white house and Senate with the potential to stop fillibuster. Obama has been given a lot of rope lets see what he does with it. [/quote]

Obama sure seems heaven sent...
But is America really ready?
A man who nobody knew anything about is all of a sudden president.
I feel cheated....A first black president should of been somebody with credentials like Colin Powell
(now a sell out) Not an unknown.
I am a mixed race greek/black.
Try being a African American who knows the truth.
The black churches are celebrating like crazy even though Obama likes abortion and gays.
"My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge" Hosea
-My family and friends are celebrating like the Seahawks won the superbowl, WTF...
After I explained the truth about the NWO and everything that is coming to pass, after last night they all act like Obama is the savior and I am a crazy conspircacy nut.
My spirit was saddened last night.
This is a false fairy tale.
Who is deceived the most. My black brothers and sisters, I pray for you all, because you just have no idea.
God Bless.
