Original Message sitting at my computer, and my curtains slightly open ..... all of a sudden i catch a BRIGHT flash out the corner of my eye ..... then a few seconds later a VERY large explosion-type noise that lasted another few seconds!

but after and upto now ..... NOTHING!!
no sirens, no other light or glow anywhere!!

came form the direction of glasgow airport, but that's not affected as i just saw a place take off

the only industrial area is abbotsinch/hillington .....

my initial theory ..... METEOR BREACH! a piece of rock entering the atmosphere and exploding at high altitude

i'll see if anything about this is shown on the local news
