I have been on Effexor XR for about 3 years now. I have also recently gotten ahold of some weed to smoke. I drink beer on occasion as well. Though not as much lately.

I am wondering how these two substances interact with Effexor and if I should try to take myself off Effexor or stay on it. I don't have depression anymore so it is working but i'm wondering if weed might be a substitute or if Effexor is even needed anymore. If I were to go off it would my brain eventually return to the depression causing chemistry?
