Original Message I have not yet been able to delibretly sense the non physical parts of myself. I only get brief fleeting glances of what can only be described as 'an invisble/shadow world/reality'. It mainly happens when I am walking, my counciousness if brifley bombarded with dark portals with purple borders, I know it is the place that I go to when I am unconcious in bed, but now it seems it is coming to me when I am fully awake too.

I have tried to access these same conditions, but it only happens when my mind drifts and I am daydreaming, I have read that your brain waves change when you daydream, I think this may be the catalyst, but I can not delibretly make my mind daydream.

Any advice?
