[quote:Anonymous Coward 26919383:MV83NTkxNjNfMzQ1MzE0MzlfOEQ4OEFGN0Q=] Trader Joes is wonderful...and it's so much easier to shop at then the huge stores full of junk, junk, and more junk. TJ's have just the stuff you need and little more to clutter up their stores. The staff are always top notch, too, may I add...helpful and kind. They are always opening up lines and saying hi to children. Often they have little samples out with good meal ideas. [/quote]

I am really impressed with this store. The food is excellent quality and prices are low. The food actually tastes like food as opposed to the poor quality stuff most supermarkets pawn off.
Most everything I tried from there was excellent.. one exception was their spinach pie which I found to be a bit tough and chewy and some god awful goat cheese olive tapanade which tasted like old socks was a disappointment as well.
However, their meats, produce, coffee, frozen foods are the best quality I've seen of all stores, including whole foods.
Anyone else agree?
