100% use of our brains AND 100% of our DNA encoded/activated...what would happen?

Science tells us that we only use 3-7%, maybe 10%, of our brain power and capacity (percentages vary amongst scientist)
Also from what I've read is that as much as 90+ percent of our DNA is considered "junk", is not encoded, or simply has no function.
Now imagine what a human would be like if he/she had use of a 100% fully functioning brain and all DNA were fully functioning and fired up!
I say we would have powers like the gods, or the X-men at the very least lol. Mind reading, telepathy, telekinesis, bio location, super intelligence, super strength, etc. etc.
What do you guys think?
