The monster is Planet X, which has now moved back into view as the recent spate of pics and videos are revealing. The full solar eclipse of July 22 will provide irrefutable evidence to the whole world.

I believe the remainder of the quatrain may be interpreted as follows:

(1) "It will be interpreted quite differently." => I think this means that different people will have their own views on the meaning of PX and the impact it will have on the Earth, if any.

(2) "They will not care about expense." => This reflects the change in values that PX will instigate. The current focus on money and possessions will have little meaning in the face of impending worldwide catastrophe. i.e., When it comes to the economic crisis, you ain't seen nothing yet!

(3) "None will have provided for it." => This, I think, refers to the lack of preparations that governments have made for their people, even though they new of PX for many years. My guess is that there will be hell to pay (maybe that's why most of the debunkers post here as ACs).
