Original Message Childhood stories are filled with mermaids, centaurs, unicorns and other bizarre/exotic creatures.

The thread about Dulce underground lab yesterday made me ponder, what if the mermaids, centaurs and other mythical creatures were actually a result of some genetic engineering and work of an underground lab experiments thousands of years ago?

Anybody have a similar opinion?
