Just WHO is calling for level 6 Pandemic? What precautions were taken at level 5 to prevent escalation to level 6?
Remember the hysteria on the Mainstream News when Level 5 was announced, they had charts and graphs and projections… 24/7….then it all went quiet. Then a month later Level 6 comes and its just a small 10 word item on the tickers. The Ronaldo Transfer is more important….Cry Wolf or part of the Controlled Media plans?
The public seem to think it is all just waffle and are paying no attention whatsoever any more, so now is the time the Governments can do things “quietly” while no one is paying attention! - So Beware.
Phase 5 is characterized by human-to-human spread of the virus into at least two countries in one WHO region. While most countries will not be affected at this stage, the declaration of Phase 5 is a strong signal that a pandemic is imminent and that the time to finalize the organization, communication, and implementation of the planned mitigation measures is short.
Phase 6, the pandemic phase, is characterized by community level outbreaks in at least one other country in a different WHO region in addition to the criteria defined in Phase 5. Designation of this phase will indicate that a global pandemic is under way.
Level 5 indicates the disease is able to spread easily between humans and is a strong signal that a pandemic is imminent. It can lead to governments bringing in measures to prevent its spread, including travel restrictions and trade limitations.
So lets get this bit straight, Level 5 means pandemic is imminent and it will spread and restrictions should be put in place on travel and trade! WHY DID THIS NOT HAPPEN? The failure of our governments to act at Level 5 means we have gone to Level 6. OK, so what is the difference between Level 5 and Level 6? Apparently NOTHING! there are still no travel restrictions.
Just what is the point of this Level system? It means nothing and prevents nothing, so WHO is requesting this Level 6 upgrade.
Our economies are on the verge of failing and any restrictions on business travel or disallowing employees to go to work would be devastating but that is not enough to ignore any threat to Humans. We should be the priority before any economic disruptions, shouldn’t we? Apparently not.
So once again just WHO is calling for Level 6?
The Governments are scared of economic collapse and the WHO have delayed and dawdled about the whole Flu issue. Is there another group of people responsible holding back the restrictions that the Top Level demands? What are the benefits of “doing nothing” yet scaring the population? Money or something more sinister. We will come back to this later on.
Preparations
1918
The 1918 flu pandemic (commonly referred to as the Spanish flu) was an influenza pandemic that spread to nearly every part of the world. It was caused by an unusually virulent and deadly Influenza A virus strain of subtype H1N1. Historical and epidemiological data are inadequate to identify the geographic origin of the virus. Most of its victims were healthy young adults, in contrast to most influenza outbreaks which predominantly affect juvenile, elderly, or otherwise weakened patients.
The pandemic lasted from March 1918 to June 1920, spreading even to the Arctic and remote Pacific islands. It is estimated that anywhere from 50 to 100 million people were killed worldwide, or the approximate equivalent of one third of the population of Europe. An estimated 500 million people, one third of the world’s population (approximately 1.6 billion at the time), became infected.Deadly second wave
The second wave of the 1918 pandemic was much deadlier than the first. During the first wave, which began in early March, the epidemic resembled typical flu epidemics. But in August, when the second wave began in France, Sierra Leone and the United States, the virus had mutated to a much more deadly form. So the second wave began and flu quickly spread around the world again. It was the same flu, in that those who recovered from first-wave infections were immune, but it was far more deadly.
It appears the governments are ignoring history again, THE SECOND WAVE. We will have a second wave with this pandemic as there are no restrictions in place even with the upgrade to Pandemic Level, the warning signs are everywhere folks.
1970s
In the 1970’s, a Swine Flu vaccine was blamed for causing more problems than the disease. The vaccine was associated with a condition called Guillain-Barré syndrome. It’s a paralyzing neuromuscular disorder.
Warren D. Ward, 48, was in high school when the swine flu threat of 1976 swept the U.S. The Whittier man remembers the episode vividly because a relative died in the 1918 flu pandemic and the 1976 illness was feared to be a direct descendant of the deadly virus.
“The government wanted everyone to get vaccinated,” Ward said. “But the epidemic never really broke out. It was a threat that never materialized.”
What did materialize were cases of a rare side effect thought to be linked to the shot. The unexpected development cut short the vaccination effort - an unprecedented national campaign - after 10 weeks.
The episode triggered an enduring public backlash against flu vaccination, embarrassed the federal government and cost the director of the U.S. Center for Disease Control, now known as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, his job.
The panic in 1976 was due in part to the belief - now known to be erroneous - that the 1918-19 flu pandemic, which killed half a million Americans and an estimated 20 million people worldwide, was caused by a virus with swine components. Recent research suggests instead that it was avian flu - but that seems unlikely to assuage the anxiety over the current outbreak.At the CDC, Sencer solicited the opinions of infectious disease specialists nationwide and, in March, called on President Ford and Congress to begin a mass inoculation. The $137-million program began in early October, but within days reports emerged that the vaccine appeared to increase the risk for Guillain-Barre syndrome, a rare neurological condition that causes temporary paralysis but can be fatal.
Waiting in long lines at schools and clinics, more than 40 million Americans - almost 25% of the population - received the swine flu vaccine before the program was halted in December after 10 weeks.
More than 500 people are thought to have developed Guillain-Barre syndrome after receiving the vaccine and 25 died. No one completely understands what causes Guillain-Barre in certain people, but the condition can develop after a bout with infection or following surgery or vaccination. The federal government paid millions in damages to people who developed the condition or their families.
However, the pandemic, which some experts estimated at the time could infect 50 million to 60 million Americans, never unfolded. Only about 200 cases of swine flu and one death were ultimately reported in the U.S., the CDC said.
The public viewed the entire episode as political farce, said Sencer, instead of a dedicated, science-based effort to protect public health. He said the government chose to err on the side of caution and risk scorn - something that experts working on the current outbreak may also face. src.
“The public viewed the entire episode as political farce”, is this why the Governments are being weak and sitting on their hands? Can they afford to be wrong or make assumptions - No. They are letting it spread on purpose.
What the Governments have actually been doing

Mortuaries and emergency services are to be put on alert and told to prepare for up to three-quarters of a million deaths from a bird flu pandemic. Emergency planners have begun to look for sites for special mortuaries, each capable of storing 1,000 bodies, and the Home Office is to hold an exercise this summer to practise coping with mass fatalities. The instruction, to go out from the Civil Contingencies Secretariat, the Cabinet Office body in charge of emergencies, explodes the Government’s public position that the pandemic could be expected to kill only “around 50,000″ people in Britain.
A senior government official told a private seminar in London last week: “It may be somewhere between 20,000 and 750,000 extra deaths and it may be 25 per cent of the population off work.
The authorities were now identifying greenfield sites and beginning to enter into contracts with firms to provide marquees and buildings to put on them. The planners said that these would be cooled to about the same temperature as household refrigerators, to store bodies.
The scale of the preparation suggests that the Government fears that the 14.6 million doses of anti-viral drugs it has ordered may not arrive before a pandemic. Even in a year’s time, less than half of the order will have been met. The drugs have been delayed partly because ministers waited for months before making the order. src

The Cheney/Bush administration had a plan which would accommodate the detention of large numbers of American citizens during times of emergency.
The plan is called REX 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984. Through Rex-84 an undisclosed number of concentration camps were set in operation throughout the United States, for internment of dissidents and others potentially harmful to the state.
” These camps are to be operated by FEMA should martial law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney generals signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached.”

It appears The Powers That Be have plans to dispose of bodies and the rest goto FEMA camps rather than to stop this virus from spreading further globally.

Lets look at some of the Vaccination content. RABIES
The purpose of this study was to determine if nucleocapsid of rabies virus could improve the immune response (humoral and protective) of chickens vaccinated against avian influenza with an inactivated avian influenza experimental vaccine (AIV). On the other hand, AIV with and without NC was compared with an inactivated oil emulsion avian influenza commercial vaccine (CV) virus, currently used in Mexico. Groups of 8 day old chickens were vaccinated intracutaneously with an AIV (group 1); group 2, AIV supplemented with 20 mug of nucleocapsid of rabies virus (NC); Group 3, commercial vaccine (CV) and control groups (4 and 5) with 20 mug of NC and non-infected allantoic fluid, respectively. CV showed a better antibody-mediated response (p < 0.001) after and before challenging; which correlated with the best protection; while NC improved the protection in comparison with group 1. This is the first report on the potential utility of the rabies virus N protein to improve immune response in domestic species.

March 17, 2005: Obama obtains $25 million for international efforts. Senator Obama successfully attaches an amendment to the Senate Budget that allocated $25 million for international efforts to combat the avian influenza.
April 28, 2005: Senator Obama introduces the AVIAN Act (S. 969). Senator Obama introduces the first comprehensive bill to address the threat of an avian influenza pandemic.
May 10, 2005: Senate approves $58 million to stockpile antiviral medication. Senator Harkin secures $58 million in a Supplemental Appropriations bill (P.L. 109-13) to purchase more antiviral medication for the Strategic National Stockpile to better prepare for a potential avian flu pandemic.
July 28, 2005: Senator Kennedy introduces the Vaccine Access and Supply Act. S. 1527 is comprehensive legislation that would strengthen vaccine infrastructure and help better prepare our nation in the event of an influenza pandemic.

Is it wise to be vaccinating the world with something made in China with added Rabies and completely untested? NO CHANCE.
Governments like to have big issues like this as it gives them the ability to implement “things”. “Never let a Good Crisis got waste” said Hillary Clinton. They take freedoms away from us under the name of terrorism and implement bad things in a crisis. It may even make the “Audit the Fed” look less important to the population.
