By law Congress is responsible for the money anyway. You can say that in a way the FED is one of the first "OUTSOURSEINGS" of the government's responsibilities. Now my question to you is if the Power were to go back to the Congress would not than Bernanke be correct? Do you want those Communists to have direct control over everything?
