[quote:listen-up! 1206921:MV84MzczNjlfMjEyNzI1MTFfNzlCMEIzOTg=] I'm no expert ( who is? ) but I think that when somebody never feels that they are being heard or listened to from ( Parents, siblings, people in general ) they develop a neurosis that creates this acting out behavior. Subconsciously they feel nobody is listening to what they're saying. They overcompensate by raising the decibel level of their voices in the mistaken belief that this will resolve their subconscious memories of childhood. It only becomes an irritating neurotic behavior. [/quote]
My friend talks very loud. I don't think they realize it. However if I say shhhhh or keep it down they get mad at me.
Does anyone know of a way to not talk loud or train yourself not to talk so loud?
I would love to send them a few links about voice training but I can't find anything.
