* IMMEDIATE ARRESTS SHOULD BE DONE UNDER A DECLARED LIMITED MARTIAL LAW TO BE DECLARED FOR THE DEFENSE OF AMERICAN CITIZENS WHOM YOU SERVE IN DEFENSE OF OUR NATION ACCORDING TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION (of which you have sworn oath to defend) and the 9 to 0 Supreme Court decision of MARBURY vs. MADISON (made within 20 years of becoming a nation)- WHICH DECLARED (paraphrasing): ALL UN-Constitutional edicts, decrees, colour-of-law statutes, codes, etc .,.and ANYTHING that is counter to The U.S.C. and The Bill-of-Rights IS VOID. IMMEDIATELY VOIDING: of ALL NON-VIOLENT DRUG OFFENDER SENTENCES AND FURTHER SENTENCING AND CHARGES ACCOMPANIED WITH THE SUBSEQUENT RELEASE FROM ANY JAIL OR PRISON/CORRECTIONAL FACILITY/PROGRAM in the United States of America OF ANY and ALL SUCH PRISONERS, of ALL FOREIGN-AID MONIES to being sent out in ANY form TO ANY nation, of ALL prisoners either sentenced or being held if suspected of being tortured while incarcerated, of ALL OFFICIAL ALLY-SHIP TREATIES including N.A.T.O. (while encouraging our former democratic allies to band together for their own mutual protections AND while declaring that they can always apply for State-Hood to join the United States of America), of ALL phone line transmission/relay services owned by foreign interests. Such companies and assets shall be seized by the U.S. Treasury, ran in continuation by the U.S. Military temporarily, and resold to American citizens at a later date with proceeds to be placed into the U.S. Treasury.
ALSO; voiding ALL Life-time appointments of ALL FEDERAL JUSTICES even at Supreme Court Levels and the vacating of these positions until normalizations are completed and the Republic has been restored in earnest, of ALL Catholic Church and related assemblies unless affidavits are sworn by church leadership to be dis-avowed from following the dictates of The Vatican because it is another sovereign nation. Also; of ALL Masonic emblems presently worn by State Troopers throughout the United States of America, of ALL FORCED or MANDATED Radio Frequency Identification Chips and Implant Agendas, of ALL FEDERAL ABORTION AGENDAS because this should be a States Rights issue (especially since it has since been established that the trials to set forth this agenda were fraudulent by the participants public admissions), of ALL Bill-of-Rights and Constitutional impairing regulations, of the National Emergency declared just a few days after F.D.R. took office (REVISED WAR POWERS ACT of 1917) and of ALL Presidential Directives, Executive Orders/OTHER made since the time of J.F.K.'s death under such authority, ALSO the VOIDING of ALL subsequent lawsuits that may be inherent due to these circumstances that the Armed Forces now takes the general risks to correct so that our courts are not further encumbered.

YOU SHOULD ALSO BE ANNOUNCING:
* That ALL transitional measures and ALL Military "News Releases and Results" WILL BE REPORTED AS SENT FORTH IN ALL TRANSPARENCY and in real-time by the media outlets throughout the United States of America OR ALL assets of un-cooperative agencies, networks or outlets and their owners shall be charged with SUBVERSION and ALL related assets SHALL BE IMMEDIATELY SEIZED for the U.S. Treasury to resale at a later date to American Citizens and proceeds will be collectively kept in the U.S.Treasury.
* That ALL efforts will be made to confiscate properties and production facilities of the OIL-ROBBER-Baron (Bush, Vanderbilt, President Johnson-connected) assets if so proven to be complicit in ANY scheme or ACT of SUBVERSION towards the American Citizenry through connections financially or otherwise with corrupt/invested politicians and again; ALL assets public and private shall be seized by the U.S. Treasury for repayment of debts and resold to American Citizens.
