It isn't unusual for us to see the military cargo planes flying over maybe once a day - or once every couple days. They usually fly 2 at a time. One flies over with another just shortly behind it. I think these are manuevers.
Well, today we have seen then go over at least a dozen times - we have lived here for several years and never seen this before.
Is anyone else noticing increased military air traffic in their area? Even now, these planes are flying over. Another odd thing about today is the formation. Usually it is always 2 planes traveling together. Most of the time today it has been just one at a time - and not using the same exact course. We are seeing them fly southwest to northeast and then back northeast to southwest.
We live just south of Alliance Ohio - assuming they are traveling to Youngstown...but not sure.
