Sunday, November 1, 2009, between 7PM & 8 PM, and a little after, bright UFO's played above an intersection a few blocks from me, probably about a 1/2 mile away at most. It's a major intersection on the outskirts of west Houston, Texas, and a metro bus park & ride depot. Lot's of people out here use this depot and spend more time than they'd like waiting in line to get out of the parking area and through the lights at the intersection in the evening.
This is where UFO's have hovered and glided above the adjoining neighborhood streets since November of 2007. UFO activity is normal here when the weather is good, meaning not raining or foggy. Wind conditions don't seem to matter, nor temperatures.
Sunday night was different. A group of small UFO's were hovering, with the brightest one being almost stationery as it often is while the others moved only slightly around it. I spotted them from my balcony as they were almost sparkling in the sky, very low, just above the highway lights and trees. It wasn't just two or three, but rather as many as 7 at a time. When one would move off down the street, another would join the group.
"V" was having it's first episode on Tuesday, and it looked like these guys - UFO's - were partying before the premiere. In 2 years of this nightly activity, I had not ever seen anything like this. The people in their cars had to have seen them and wondered WTF was going on.
I raced out with my camera as fast as I could to get video. I climbed up onto a plant stand on my balcony almost at the railing level, had to brace myself against the corner column, and started getting footage. I wasn't well balanced, there was some wind, and the footage is shaky. But, it's incredible stuff anyway! Multiple UFO's, moving around, hovering, and showing off for the camera! I was having some WOW moments for sure !
After getting the video, I came back in for a battery change, the tripod, and telephoto lens in hopes of getting photos. I repositioned.
The UFO's were still there. They like posing ! I included these very cool photos after the video segment.
Several posters here at GLP also had sightings, and got footage of multiple UFO's the same night. Activity is picking up big time!
