Original Message Mine does. I don't have it but was told that Medicaid will only allow 12 doctor visits per year. I don't know if they are to be one a month or exactly how it works but do believe it is 12 per year.

So since 19 million are expected to be shifted to the medicaid rolls of the various states, will this not ration care in addition to forcing the states to take unfunded mandates?

Haven't we been told there is no rationing repeatedly? So how will this work?
