All the CHURCH recorded was a schism between EAST and WEST.
THE RC CHURCH used this EVENT to divide itself, during the 23 days this light was visible.

A schism NEVER reconciled to this day.
While the world's star gazers recorded a super nova, the church who prosecuted star gazers, managed to miss this event entirely?
