You become outward dependent.

In a similar correlation, if sexual energy is conserved by self-restraint (of the chitta), then mental energy becomes easier to control also, and one become more positive in attitude in relation to the environment. One becomes a positive center of self-controlled force, beginning to master the forces of your being.

And since Being is everywhere, one becomes a center of quiet influence in the world around one. One doesn´t dominate - respecting all selves - but one´s influence is peaceful....

Non-violence shall become the criterion of the new age about to dawn. And respect for individuals shall abound everywhere.
