[quote:Vedic Medic:MV85NDk3NTlfMTQ5MDcyMDlfRTQ4NUM4MkQ=] Riding the Wave This is a series or postion that is commenced with the woman on top of a man laying down. "Riding the Crest of the Wave" Her legs are "side straddle" meaning that they both face left or they both face right. This position is called "riding the crest of the wave". She may open her legs to facilitate lift with her legs--however the male should assist by using his hands to help lift her. Movement should be slow. She may roll her hips in a circular fashion for enjoyment or (if heightened) she may do hip thrust and jerks forward and backward with her lower back and hips making the movements (these positions are building positions and not release as the penis will be sideways in the vagina and may feel a little strange. "Riding the Wave" The man will initiate this movement by gently pushing the woman forward and down onto her hands. The man will roll over and onto her legs. In this fashion the woman will be on her hands and knees and the man will mount her sideways while his hip and legs are on her calves. The woman controls the movement. She may arch and roll her lower back and hips or simply push back into the man. The man hould use his hands and his thrusts to provide her momentum to thrust away from him. Remember that this will be sideways and the penis may feel awkward for her (if she is unaccustomed to this position). The couple will return to the "Rideing the Crest of the Wave" position and then the man will initiate movement by pusing her onto her back. "The Wave Crashes" She should gracefully reach back with her hands to ease herself comfortably down and onto her back. Her calves will rest on top of the man. The man will control movement in this position. If he is experienced/initiated he should use fulrum movements to hit areas of the vagina known to be pleasurable to the woman. The basic movement of this fulcrum exercise in this position is to gently thrust the penis into the vagina as his upper hip is slightly tilted back (this will cause the penis head to rub the upper prt of the vagina)...then the man should turn and grind his hip into the thrust (this will cause the penis head to be lowered and then thrust back up to the top of the vagina, hopefully touching the vaginal nerve clusters in the vagina upon its final upward thrust)...This is the crashing wave. The male will intitiate movement back into "riding the crest" by reaching his upper hand to the woman's extended hands and she will grip his hand with one of her hands and his wrist with her other hand. He will pull her as he turns and she will be lifted back into him. If she enjoys deep penetration, she can taunt and teast herself by waiting until the very last moment to put her feet ontp the floor--or she may hold her feet forward allowing the penis to drive deeply into her. If she opts for this position while "riding the crest of the wave" the male should make shallow circular motions for her. Some women enjoy this greatly...others do not. For non tantric applications, verbal communication of likes and dislikes can be as easy as pleasuring moans for likes or stacatto grunts for dislikes (make sure you fully understand what the sounds mean as some women make ALOT OF DIFFERENT SOUNDS that mean many different things. If you are comfortable, talk to each other about what you like and what you don't. If you are subtle and thorough, you will find ways to accomodate each other through positions that you enjoy by doing variations of that position to accomodate both partner's needs. Shall I continue? when i was reading into the hindu religion to study the spiritual side of it, i came across sacred sex and tantras in my research.
from reading about sacred sex, it helps a persons spiritual growth.
how is sacred sex any different from just sex? is it to do with intimacy and karma sutra?
