Original Message Place surround speakers on top of the ceiling om all 4 corners and play soft music(not loud) repetadly nonstop.

another idea that i'm going to test it is placing a candle near the ceiling and light it up, the down side the ceiling will get darker because of the flame.
the main idea the smoke coming out from the candle, will get across the ceiling and annoy the neigboors by it.
