[quote:Naturopath-Brisbane 1216622:MV85NzQxMTVfMjE0NTYxODhfMzdGRDZDMkM=] The pineal gland is often seen in plain skull X-rays, as it is often calcified. Calcium, phosphorus and fluoride deposits in the pineal gland have been linked with aging. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pineal_gland) Iodine supplements and iodine-containing foods (especially kelp / kelp tablets) can help remove fluoride deposits from the pineal gland, as iodine "antagonises" (displaces / competes with) other halogen elements, such as fluoride. Similarly, magnesium antagonises calcium. [/quote]

Hey peoples..
What's the best way to assist with the de-calcification of your Pineal Gland?
Ok, the obvious ones are;
1) stop using fluoride based toothpaste.
2) cut out carbonated drinks, fizzy, soda.. etc
3) improve the diet
I'd like to expand on 3).. so if there are people with good advice on natural foods, your replies would be most welcome.
Gotta clear the head.. !!
Best..
