Someone please help, I don't know what this means...
I have a relative asking me and I don't know what to tell them
Their water heater is making a low rumbling groaning noise when they turn the thermostat to make the heat kick in.. it starts up and makes this noise but it stops as soon as they turn the thermostat back.
Any ideas?
