NEW YORK (PIX11) — Amanda Bynes has informed ‘everybody’ that they are about to get sued in her latest outburst.
On Monday, Bynes posted on Twitter that she plans to sue the NYPD for “illegally entering my apartment, lying about drugs on me and lying about me tampering with non existent drug paraphernalia, then I’m suing for being put into a mental hospital against my will,” after officers arrested her Thursday for smoking marijuana in the lobby of her Midtown apartment building and throwing a glass bong from the 36th floor. Bynes later told the judge the bong was actually a vase.

She claims she was arrested and locked up overnight for “coming home after a facial and working out with my trainer like the good girl that I am,” adding that she couldn’t have been smoking marijuana because she is “allergic to drugs and alcohol.”
She said she also plans to sue the owners of her apartment complex for “lying about me smoking in my building.” Bynes also claims she was sexually assaulted by one of the officers who arrested her, and posted on Twitter that “he slapped my vagina.” The NYPD has begun an Internal Affairs investigation, according to spokesman Paul Browne.
The strange rant finishes on an upbeat, exclamation-filled note: “I’m free forever! You can’t lock up an innocent person! Thanks for caring! Look forward to seeing me in music videos! I’m getting in shape and getting a nose job! I’m looking forward to a long and wonderful career as a singer/rapper!”
The latest outburst follows an unprovoked attack against Rihanna, with the former Nickelodeon star Tweeting, “@rihanna you look so ugly tryin to be white.” The seemingly-unprovoked social media barrage continued with “@rihanna Chris brown beat you because you’re not pretty enough,” and “@rihanna no one wants to be your lover so you call everyone and their mother that I almost named my new dog Rihanna.”
The singer responded with, “Ya see what happens when they cancel intervention?”
