No link yet. Just heard on TV.
Facts as of 9:00pm 12/14/12 26 dead not counting the shooter. 20 kids and 6 adults dead.  Shooter dead. I know people will ask so I'm including this. Supposedly 2 pistols were used, and one AR15 was in the trunk of a car and not used. This hasn't been confirmed. This thread is for people to discuss the shooting, and how they're feeling about it. It is not for political discussions, ballistic discussions, or any other non relevant BS. State police are responding to a report of a shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School on Dickinson Drive, school officials said. Police are reporting a number of injured parties. The nature of their injuries is not clear. |

I grew up in that town and went to that school. I must have left the senior center 200 yards away right before it happened.
It's a very sad thing to have happened. From people I know there right now , fire and ambulance on scene. 2 reported injuries. One foot injury and the other critical. Student are bring brought by foot to a local firehouse. |

Why dont these douchbags just kill themselves in the privacy of their own homes? My guess is husband caught cheating whore wife, then went to school to kill her. Wounded one other in the process. Prayers out to the kids and families. Hope everyone is OK. |

I went to my son's program at his school today and looked over to find the exits. All I could think of was crap what if some idiot decides to come in here shooting. Luckily he was close to an exit and I was seated near where he was seated and could have made a b line for him. Then I get back and read about a shooting
