Thanks to the trillions of dollars that the Chinese have made flooding our shores with cheap products, China is now in a position of tremendous economic power. So what is China going to do with all of that money? One thing that they have decided to do is to buy up pieces of the United States and set up “special economic zones” inside our country from which they can continue to extend their economic domination. One of these “special economic zones” would be just south of Boise, Idaho and the Idaho government is eager to give it to them. China National Machinery Industry Corporation (Sinomach for short) plans to construct a “technology zone” south of Boise Airport which would ultimately be up to 50 square miles in size. The Chinese Communist Party is the majority owner of Sinomach, so the 10,000 to 30,000 acre “self-sustaining city” that is being planned would essentially belong to the Chinese government. The planned “self-sustaining city” in Idaho would include manufacturing facilities, warehouses, retail centers and large numbers of homes for Chinese workers. Basically it would be a slice of communist China dropped right into the middle of the United States.
According to the Idaho Statesman, the idea would be to build a self-contained city with all services included. It would be modeled after the “special economic zones” that currently exist in China.
Perhaps the most famous of these “special economic zones” is Shenzhen. Back in the 1970s, Shenzhen was just a very small fishing village. Today it is a sprawling metropolis of over 14 million people.
If the Chinese have their way, we will soon be seeing these “special economic zones” pop up all over the United States.
So exactly who is “Sinomach”?
The following description of the company comes directly from the website of Sinomach:
With approval of the State Council, China National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMACH) was established in January 1997. SINO-MACH is a large scale, state-owned enterprise group under the supervision of the State Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
As you can see, Sinomach is basically an arm of the Chinese government.
The borrower is always the servant of the lender, and now China is buying up America.
The reality is that Sinomach is not looking only at Idaho. Sinomach is in discussions to develop “special economic zones” all over the United States.
Sinomach has recently dispatched delegations to Ohio, Michigan and Pennsylvania to explore the possibility of establishing “special economic zones” in those states.
Will such “self-contained communities” soon start appearing from coast to coast?
According to Dr. Jerome Corsi, the U.S. government has already set up 257 “foreign trade zones” across America. These “foreign trade zones” will apparently be given “special U.S. customs treatment” and will be used to promote global free trade:
“The FTZs tend to be located near airports, with easy access into the continental NAFTA and WTO multi-modal transportation systems being created to move free-trade goods cheaply, quickly and efficiently throughout the continent of North America.”
So what do our politicians think about all of this?
Most of them are greatly in favor of it.
“Idaho’s the last state that should say we don’t want to do business with Asia,” Idaho Lt. Gov. Brad Little said last year. “Asia’s where the money is.”
So will all of this “foreign investment” really bring jobs back to the American people?
Perhaps a few, but the truth is that these “special economic zones” that the Chinese are setting up are designed to be self-contained communist Chinese communities. Some Americans will likely be employed in these areas, but not nearly as many as our politicians would have you to believe.
In addition, these “special economic zones” represent a massive national security threat. The communist Chinese could potentially be able to bring in and store massive amounts of military equipment virtually undetected.
In the days of the Cold War, we would have never dreamed of giving the Russians a 50 square mile city in the middle of Idaho.
But today we have become convinced that the communist Chinese want to be our great friends.
The following quote originally appeared in the Idaho Statesman, but has since apparently been taken down:
“The Chinese are looking for a beachhead in the United States,” said Idaho Commerce Secretary Don Dietrich. “Idaho is ready to give them one.”
Indeed.
If relations between the U.S. and China go south someday, we will deeply regret giving China so many open doors.
The truth is that you can never fully trust the communist Chinese. Their top military officers talk about a coming conflict with the United States all the time. China is extremely interested in North America. In fact, the Chinese and the Mexicans have even been holding talks on military cooperation.
But even if you don’t consider the communist Chinese to be a military threat, you should be deeply concerned about the economic implications of what is happening.

In 2010, China had a “current account balance” of over 272 billion dollars, which was the largest in the world.
In 2010, the United States had a “current account balance” of negative 561 billion dollars. According to the CIA world factbook, that put us in last place in the entire world. In fact, our negative current account balance was more than 9 times larger than anyone else in the world. If you go check out this chart it will give you a really good idea of how nightmarish our trade situation has become.
The world is changing and nothing is ever going to be the same again.

The fact is these economic zones will be set up to give Chinese jobs. They will most likely import a majority of the food and consumables, if not all. It’s just a dumb idea. This is a fact. I live in Idaho and it has been in the local newspapers the past 2 or 3 weeks, The Idaho Statesman had an article as well as The Clearwater Progress. According to what I can find, apparently Gov Butch Otter has agreed to sell to the Chinese and allow them to make a 50 sq mile “self sustaining” city outside of Boise and another in the works for near Twin Falls, ID. He said it will be good for the state to have better trade with China. I can’t see how allowing Communist China to build and maintain “free trade zones” in America would, in any way, help our economy! They will bring their own people to work and live in these zones. They will not be under US LAWS, having their own police, etc. You all still want the GOP to be in power? I sure don’t. They are looking to put about 257 of these throughout America in places such as Idaho, Utah, Michigan, Ohio to name a few. Write your political “leaders” and demand that they do the will of the people they are working for…..

Ann, do you have any idea how few people we have in Idaho who know or care about this? in my county (Kootenai) the unemployment is rampant, we don’t have a welfare system so people are literally unable to care for their basic needs. They go to Spokane (Washington, next state over) so they can split up as a family and the dad goes to a mens’ shelter and the wives and kids have to go to a separate womens’ and kids’ shelter. Now does that sound fair to you? Does it sound like the people in this state have any control whatsoever?? We can put as many feet down as we have and it won’t make a bit of difference how this turns out.

This is not a real estate deal.. its a migration of foreign labor – and no State can enter into a treaty – commerce or otherwise with a foreign power. The Chinese people may be good, decent folks. I’m sure at least some of them are. The Chinese government, on the other hand, is the most under-handed form of government on the face of planet Earth. We don’t need it in America!! The Socialist left that Obama and his cohorts are trying, desperately, to inflict upon us is a clost step in that direction. …I’m old enough to remember being taught, in school, about the gory, horrendous things that were done to people in the German Communist POW camps in WW1…about their total dictatorship form of government, etc. Unfortunately, youth are no longer taught these important truths. Our government has been headed in that direction for decades, and Obama just stepped on the “Full Speed Ahead!” button, to get us there. We are helping their cause, unconsciously, perhaps, each time we purchase something tagged, “made in China”.

I have worked in China over 18years , the Chinese believe to build industry to create jobs and democracy via economic stability. I do not believe for a moment they will send there people here for creating a job force in any area of US development . I encourage all to go to china they have made incredible progress to take care of their billions of people. They are now in the final stages of 5 years of 12 five year plans. The countrysides will be developed , apartment buildings are being built , schools are opening no person will live in poverty in China is their plan. Note this country has been around 5000 years so their is quite a few more people in their population , based on that fact have patients and do not judge . The people in China love their country and would never want to leave ….China is peaceful they will never fire the first shot although they will not allow another to be fired . You really believe that won’t increase once you give them 50 miles of territory inside the U.S.? How do you know they won’t sneak in military equipment? Barbara, can you really be that naive? Every nation has people who are “peaceful”, it’s the intentions of the leaders who govern those people that are of great concern. Must we continue to judge in error the actions of certain groups, religions or countries in order to appear non-judgmental, kind, or without bigotry? Seriously? And how are the comments you read hateful? You appear to have a great sense of loyalty and compassion toward the Chinese people and wholeheartedly agree with the way they are governed. I have read all the comments ….I am truly saddened by the hateful remarks I have read. Let me remind all of you it was the American consumer and cooperations that forced our US jobs overseas!Bigger profits! I am a product developer , please note all of you that when making any product their is what is called a specification sheet developed by the company who is going off shore to manufacturer. I don’t understand how the Chinese or anyone else can be blamed for making inferior products when the manufacturer is only following the directions of the customer. As for all this hate…I do not believe any of you would express any negative if you all could see how happy the people are and how much they love their country. This is One World , we are all humans, I can assure you all the people of China have no desire to come to work in America. The only secure jobs in USA that are thriving are military suppliers, isn’t their a better way to create jobs. Officials in China also told me “make jobs not war this will create stable economy! :cry: Some of what you say is worthy of our consideration, but the American consumer is not to blame for what the criminals who control our economy have done. We now have a “Patriot Act,” the obvious intent of which is to kill off patriots. Big companies have used our “social overhead capital:” – our roads, fire protection, police protection, our once-secure borders and other assets paid for by the people to start their businesses. In exchange for our investment, we should be entitled to jobs, but the “insiders” have decided to move our jobs offshore, leaving no factories at home while We the People are expected to buy their products, paying high prices as if they were manufactured here. I’m glad some Chinese are prospering, but it is time for them to consume their own products and it is high time for us to demand the right to jobs here. It is also high time for each state to pass a constitutional amendment limiting the right to own real estate to people who are qualified to run for President of the United States. That would solve a lot of problems.
