My Daughter came home from School today. She is in 10th Grade. Her World History Teacher was overheard talking to another Faculty Member and the Students overheard bits and pieces. So they hounded the Teacher for info. So the Teacher informed the Class that there was gonna be a 3 day kit passed around for all the Students. They may be needed for the dates of Sept 28 to Oct 8....The Class was told to be prepared for Power outages. Teacher also informed Class that Russian Troops were Training on our Soil. The Class went nuts and asked tons of questions but the Teacher said that was all she had to say.

Could be. Could also be part of the ‘grid down exercise’ the authorities are planning. Right now I am merely seeking confirmation of the kits from a second source.
Maybe it’s some experiment and the kids are the lab rats or a teachable moment whose purpose is only to be revealed after the jig is up.
Hopefully they're here to enforce the borders that the American government won't enforce...

So are the outages and Russian troops tied together? Pretty bizarre for a teacher to tell kids this, lots of sleepless nights between now and Sept. 28th for those families.
what are the odds some teachers in a hallway who were "hounded" into info by students have significant relevance. Not that it ISN'T true...but if I believed everything, I'd be a nutcase right now.

Whenever I need to know what’s going on the world, I go to Facebook.
I don’t know anything about the “3-day” kit, but I can verify that there are foreign military vehicles being transported in the Savannah area - On two different occasions in the past week or so, I saw vehicles that I described as “Russian HMMWV’s” being carried on flat-bed tractor trailers. What really caught my attention was the cyrillic markings on the side doors.
Now I wish I’d actually photographed one of the things!

A lot of hinting around about this in DHS circles, it seems, at least two instances being public and high level. Nationwide “grid out” drill upcoming in the very near future. Then there’s that crazy “killshot” thing attributed to Edward Snowden.
That’s enough to set tongues to wagging and generate a fair amount of internet chatter. Not so sure how anyone is supposed to be able to predict a major solar flare and geomagnetic storm, though.
We’re supposed to be Concerned, imho.

August 3, 2013 Recently my friend Matt, the owner of MyPatriotSupply.com was contacted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) by way of email, leading on that something is ready to pop off.
Matt being the patriot he is immediately contacted me with this disturbing news. He even provided screenshots of the actual email sent by a FEMA representative. The names and revealing information have been blurred out.
Matt of MyPatriotSupply.com wrote, “here we are, August 2013 and FEMA once again is trying to buy up large stockpiles of food. And they don’t want anyone to know it, and they want to take immediately delivery… I’ve studied history. That is what got me into preparedness in the first place. History has shown us time after time that those who depend on the government to come to their aid during a disaster are the ones waiting the longest for help. Sometimes help never comes…or comes too late.
