A horrifying video has emerged online, and it shows the full extent of the Thursday car accident that left one dead and 22 others injured at Times Square.
Cable outlets gave the deadly accident wall to wall coverage shortly after the news broke around midday. The seemingly-local story received urgent national attention for fear that it was a possible terrorrist attack, though police say that the matter was not terror-related.
Richard Rojas, the driver responsible for the incident, was arrested at the scene. He now faces one charge of murder and 20 counts of attempted murder.
