If you do not know what a fracle is, look below. http://fractalfounda.../art/FC-fff.jpg Look at the Variable Wave Riding Slide. The Line Segment Z " AKA PHOTON B" Is Traveling away from point of origin O. I colored in the Two sides of the Equation, and it revealed Fractle's. I did not alter the image to do this. OK There are a few things that will change observers references of time. Electromagnetic like forces"Gravity" being one of them.These forces bunch up space in a given area.
