Kate Middleton, whose pregnancy has been splashed all over media headlines worldwide, is in the tabloids again for revealing a hint of a "baby bump." The British princess was caught this weekend shopping at drug store, Boots in West London debuting an adorable baby bump.

Donned in skinny pants, sued boots and a checkered cape-jacket from Zara, the Duchess of Cambridge looked stylish and put together as she walked around showing a visible pregnant tummy. The Huffington Post reported that Middleton's baby bump has been reported in British tabloids as the "first look" at the bump.

The princess hasn't been out and about with many formal appearances lately but she was also spotted at the Gap shopping for jeggings in London's posh Chelsea neighborhood and buying maternity clothes at Jojo Maman Bebe and yoga clothes at Sweaty Betty.

"Kate's been laying low," a source told E! News . "She's been staying at Kensington Palace and living the life of a duchess."

"She hasn't been out a lot," the insider added to E! News, "but when she has been out she has been doing a little bit of shopping. This week she went to Oxford Street and last week she went to the King's Road, one of her favorite places to shop. From her actions, I get the feeling she is feeling better."

Royal's Prince William and Middleton announced the pregnancy in December. Shortly after, Middleton was in the hospital for hyperemesis gravidarum, which is basically a severe form of morning sickness.

The U.S. National Library of Medicine said that, "Extreme nausea and vomiting during pregnancy can happen if you are pregnant with twins (or more) or if you have a hydatidiform mole." A hydatidiform mole is a rare growth that can form inside the uterus in the beginning of a pregnancy.

A statement from St. James Palace said at the time, "As the pregnancy is in its very early stages, Her Royal Highness is expected to stay in hospital for several days and will require a period of rest thereafter."

The Duchess emergered from the private King Edward VII Hospital in London three days later smiling and holding a bouquet of yellow roses, being escorted by her husband Prince William.

MSN entertainment's website, Wonderwall said that she told reporters at the time that she was feeling "much better."

After revealing her pregancny to the public US Weekly reported St. James Palace said in a statement that, "The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall and Prince Harry  and members of both families are delighted with the news."
