The "thief in the night" refers to how he will show up UNEXPECTED to many. Not that he sneaks in through the window.


READING COMPREHENSION is your friend.

I believe you are referring to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.

Your probably a TRIBULATIONIST who believe you WILL go through it.

I don't. I believe that Jesus Christ will come for His Church BEFORE the TRIBULATIONS starts.

The RAPTURE does not have any conditions for it to happen. He can come at any time.

I believe He will come at any moment now since the I also believe the TRIBULATIONS will start THIS YEAR.

Exactly, this verse means that Jesus Christ will come unexpectedly.

But the Second Coming of Christ is an event that we can know the EXACT DAY, when He will come. Daniel gave specific day counters as well as Revelations that say specifically that it will be so and so many days AFTER the Anti-Christ starts all of this with the signing of the peace treaty with Israel and many others for 7 years.

But it says in the midst of that treaty, exactly 3 1/2 years the anti-christ will forfeit on that treaty he made and cause the abomination that causes desolation. Then from that point on Daniel gives the count of days that the anti-christ will reign until he is brought down.

Although I don't agree completely with his research and conclusion, I do believe he is on to something.

It is the RAPTURE event that no man knows the day or hour to, NOT the 2nd coming, which we will know exactly the time when Jesus Christ comes back, once we know when the starting point of the TRIBULATION starts.

Jesus gave clear ways to spot charletons and the self deceived....saying also; "For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am the Christ,' and will deceive many."

In Mark 13:32 and Matthew 24:36 it is expressed very clearly "But of that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone.
