No part of any of the bail-outs and stimulus bills required that the money only be spent on American made products or with American based companies. Money was even given to foreign banks. Nor was there any restriction on using illegals or prison laborers.

The Progressive Democrats that have hijacked our government never intended that any of it would give people their jobs back. They prefer more and more of us to be on the government dole.

They are not going to be happy until they are the only ones who have any wealth left.

Giving them grants to do this work is not paying off the debt. That's how it was done. The very definition of grant means "no strings" it was not a loan payment at all. We still owe all that money, China isn't going to forgive a single cent because we foolishly employed them and not the American people.

For all we know, we gave them a grant to tool up to produce the turbines, etc. and then spent more to purchase them from China. It wouldn't surprise me at all that we were that stupid, we have almost never made a good deal for ourselves. It's another reason that we're in this situation, the whole world knows we are suckers, they take advantage of it.

Remember the $2 billion that went to develop offshore drilling in Brazil. And right after George Soros bought stock in that conmpany?

There is no justification or even explanation for this. No wonder we don't have any jobs. Obama is creating them overseas while stripping even government agencies such as NASA, costing 100K jobs in my area alone.

If only it were going to pay the debt but instead we are actually using borrowed money to do this and giving it to make other nations more prosperous than our own.

Yes, don't you know when you are member of the Elite, living in energy wasting mansions, flying here and there across the globe in your private fuel guzzling jet, the little people (you and me) are just specks on flyover territory.
