Yes, vibrations are always present. The enitire existance of everything is never static. Everything is always in motion. This motion is harmonic frequencies, resonances of light/energy.

Higher frequencies higher spiritual experience. Variations in the intensity of vibrations are the variable rates of oscillation between spirit (higher dimensionality in touch with The One) and Ego (Third Density and the illusion of physicality). As the rate of oscillation increases the line between the duality of life (Spirit/Ego) blurs. At a very high vibrational rate the duality seems to merge, though in truth they never merge. They are polar opposites, the Yin/Yang, the Male/Female, Love/Fear, etc. They are rather in perfect balance, the pinnacle of Perennial Wisdom, the closest any energy can get to becoming one with God without losing the drop of personality (that lets God experience itself through relationships, or the focused energy node that makes up You) in the ocean of God's creation (that IS the everything/nothing that is truly merged as one, or The Godhead).

Once you reintegrate with God you release all energy thought forms that make up your experience of life, letting the once focused energy to unfocus and lose itself in the Intelligent Energy that is the makeup of all creation.
