I posted a question like this on another board back in the fall of 09. Got a couple of interesting responses. One was from a lady who worked for an electrical contractor in the DC area. She would not say what their specific project was but it had to do with burying (sp?) the electircal cables underground from the poles in what she said was a very large complex and area. They also were under high pressure to speed up and get completed before mid-2011.

Like I said - small pieces of a big puzzel. Maybe.
