However! Other places are actually getting colder. So it's not that simple to say "global warming" or "global cooling" |

BRIEF AND TO THE POINT User ID: 381742 United States 03/05/2010 01:01 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Good thing Global Warming isn't real...Huh Quoting: bobnightmanGlobal warming is very real, but blaming the 3% change caused by human activity is dishonest. Poor people do poor people things, and rich people do rich people things. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is the beginning of the end of any nation. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it! when you rob Paul to give to Peter ... ... ... you will always get Peters support! :Brieffromnativea: |

Al Gore you bastard! LOL - Poor Al Gore, tryin to be a good Samaritan and spreading the word about climate change against the Big Oil industrial machine, and now somehow people extended that to assume he is responsible for everything to do with global warming. Really, Gore is just an environmental activist - global warming ideas existed before him, it will exist after him, and is totally independent of him lol Anyway back on subject - mammoth bones - very interesting in the possibilities it opens for biologists and such to study them more in depth, and its nice that the tribes living there have a new means of subsidizing their existence, since their homeland is changing drastically right under their feet. The downside is that all that permafrost melting away is going to release even more methane and related gases that have been locked away for millenia.. and that is not going to turn out well for life on earth.. not very well at all My Interesting Karma messages: - "You are an idiot. This post proves it." -"GLP MEMBERS BEWARE!!! THIS IS A GOVERNMENT SHILL." - Most moranic one given to me: When you type ".." you need to put three dots instead of two. But then "Dynamics" is a science far beyond most people. With all this newly discovered Freeze Dried Mammoth showing up, it will not be too long before enough Mammoth DNA is gathered to clone them. Just think of Mammoth Ranching in the place of Cattle ranching. |
