1. How do we predict potential earthquakes?
2. How do we predict earthquakes in a country we don't have access to?
3. How does HAARP. which points up, direct its energy to a spot on the ground half a world away?
4. How much energy does HAARP release?
5. Without ignoring dispersion and propogation losses, how much energy is deposited on the ground?
6. How much energy does it even take to cause an earthquake?
7. How does depositing this energy on he ground cause earthquakes?
