I'm an Aussie and we are still in pretty good shape economically, but our house prices are getting out of reach of new potential home buyers, rental prices are going through the roof, to the point where families are starting to live out of their cars. Our grocery prices are getting out of
control, we only have two major suppliers now, Coles and Woolworths, petrol prices are sky high. It is getting to the stage where if you fart in the wrong place you will either be fined or taxed for it.

I also think that George W Bush, John Majors and our ex Prime Minister John Howard should be convicted of war crimes for invading Iran. They went against the U.N. (what was their reason, oh yes, weapons of mass destruction) never any there.

I could go on and on, but I think any rational person knows this already. I don't know how to stop this, maybe when its bad enough there will be revolutions.

I love my country, but things are changing rapidly.

Numbers don't lie, but the folks who "punch" in the numbers do, especially if they work for the Feds.

Fundamentals and common sense should tell you that the whole system was/is unsustainable, and any attempt to prolong or reinvigorate said unsustainability is futile and downright infantile; not to mention self-serving to a chosen few.

The US, taken as a single entity, is undereducated, over-medicated, over-indulgent, imperialistic, dogmatic, broke, arrogant and too damn proud to appreciate said facts.

It's time for this country to grow out of it's terrible-twos phase, grow up, and start talking the talk when it comes to democracy and world leadership - leadership via example.
