Yes, but it oniy works with used motor oil, the charcoal residue in sump-oil combined with sunlight affects the skin habitiat for the mites and makes it umplesant for them to live or breed on the skin.
I know it feels a little strange at first, but you must cover yourself, every square inch from head to toe then go outside naked and walk around the streets in the sunlight for up to 8 hours to allow the sunlight time ti interact with the charcoal in the motor oil.
