No, salt is actually good for you. It all depends on what kind of salt you use. I use Himalayan and Celtic sea salt. Even when buying the Celtic sea salt, you have to be careful. If it's white, it's no good. It means it has been processed..and with aluminum, I might add. It should be gray in color.
