Evening all, thanks for stopping in.

Well, it’s been a couple weeks since I’ve been able to join everyone, so it’s nice to be back.

I’ve since I’ve been away, no one’s come for our guns, no martial law been declared and, not surprisingly, no nukes have gone off. It seems I haven’t missed much.

But, while nothing has happened, hope springs eternal; and there is no one better to inspire that hope like the Hawk.

Tonight, like every Thursday, Hawk comes to us with predictions of Armageddon, doom, and Luci scum. There is no method of doom which escapes the prevue of the Hawk. If it can bring us to an untimely end we’ll hear about it. We won’t hear when or where mind you, just that it’s in the offing, ready to spring at a moment’s notice on an unsuspecting populace.

As I considered this a few minutes, it reminded me of a term someone had once said about folks who predict doom in this fashion; “Scattergun Prophecy”. Perfect.

Now, with that new term in our lexicon, let’s see how wide the pattern is this week.

Time to lock and load, Hawk; the world’s your target, and we’re all waiting for you to pull the trigger.
