Gourmet salad greens could be profitable if you line up some restaurants regular customers. Also, I saw fresh habanerno peppers (those are the super hot ones) selling for $3.99/lb yesterday. These items are easy to grow most places and you can do indoor container gardening in winter if you have the space and light
