I am in Buffalo, New York. Seeing a light in the sky that changes color between white, red and green. The light is stationary but it rises in the sky as the earth is rotating.
I first saw this light over a week ago and have been waiting for a clear night to see if I would see it again. It is outside tonight. I have been watching it for 3 hours so far tonight.
The light is in the east about 40 degrees up in the sky right now.
