Also, if you look at a WHOLE dollar bill, you can see a close up image of an owl. George Washingtons top half of the face is represented as the owls top beak and Washingtongs neck downwards is represented an the owls lower beak.

If you squint your eyes and picture the owls eyes you can definatley see the dollar bill is supposed to represent an owls face.!
