What does the OWL on the America One dollar Bill represent?

I'm saying, when magnified, the outline still looks like an owl, but it doesn't have any real defining features like eyes/beak, it looks like a bunch of crisscrossed lines.
It might be a cobweb?

Maybe they did it intentionally to look like an owl (good luck trying to prove that), maybe it's just wishful thinking.
Maybe it does represent the occult owl, but after close examination, I'm not too sure.

The eye is obvious, the owl is not. In fact the "owl" looks more like one cave painting of an alien I've seen, not an owl.

um that's a picture of a relief of Sumerian goddess Inanna, has nothing to do with Lucifer but does show the Illuminati worship of Babylonian mystery schools/hermeticism/forbidden ancient knowledge/secret magick rituals and stuff that they don't share with the sheeple.
