Even if this were true that doesn't mean it was written by our Creator. It would mean that perhaps the psalms were put together by someone with advanced technological abilities. Or that it was the word of God but it was twisted by some other being/race which had more advanced knowledge than the humans at the time. We do not know for certain if the one who wrote it (or parts of it) was inspired by good or evil. If I were to create a slave race I'd put out a big book to keep them cowering in fear and scared to explore their divine nature, too. Or at the very least do whatever I could to undermine the word of God because that's what the dark ones do. Just saying.
