Re: Anyone else feeling fatigued?
I'm still fatigued all day, for the past week.. I've eaten well, and had plenty of vitamins and water... I'm also having a very hard time going to sleep, even after being up for long periods of time.. I'm not sure if it is coincidental but so many other people are experiencing it as well, and still. Usually a flu, or cold comes with the nasty sickness symptoms, but this seems to be directly aimed at my awareness, and energy. I posted this a few days ago, how many others are still feeling it?

And to the people who suggested the time change, I live in California, and travel to Texas (2 hour time difference) every few months, and I never ever get like this from the change..

Thanks guys, stay healthy
peace

Re: Anyone else feeling fatigued?
I always eat, drink and sleep healthy. Still: fatigue, these days.

this past few months i have started eating healthily, exercising, stopped drinking, but STILL the fatigue remains.

told the doc about this on Monday and she said 'well the thing about Fatigue is it's very NEBULOUS!'

what the FUCK does that even MEAN????

That means it can very easily spiral down into Clinical Depression.

One of the most important factors about Biological and Chemical Weapons is not to kill your targets out right, but rather to put them into a state of increasing disability over time.... until the entire target population has grown so disabled they cannot lift a finger or eve barely even keep a clear thought to resist you for very one. Adding in Psychological warfare methods will further decrease the will to resist, the thought might be there but the will is gone.

As my older brothers and sisters tell me, ah.. you are just getting older and aging faster now... and there isn't really much you can do about it, you can slow it down but you can't stop its progression... how well do you think you are going to feel at 250 years of age?

I've been feeling drained ever since Sunday the 14th. I also find it hard to concentrate. I'm not normally like this. I always have high energy levels and good mental alertness.

I feel better today. Probably due to the cleanse I'm on. Dr Natura Colonix and toxinout. Highly recommended!

I have the odd good days every now and then, but this fatigue has been occurring for a while now, maybe a year though I know my memory has been playing up a lot lately so not even sure how long it's been going on.

Hell yes! I have spent the past two weeks taking classes and tests on new foodborne diseases that have been brought to America in the past 10 years. This shit is frightening.

Re: Anyone else feeling fatigued?
My roommate and I have noticed, along with others, that we've felt extremely fatigued the past few days, almost exhausted. Feel no other symptoms other than a warm forehead with no temperature (above normal). This seems to be coming in waves, and I've noticed some other posts on here about it, I'm just wondering if there's anyone else today specifically that might be experiencing it?

I'm fighting for every bit of energy and all I wanted all day was a nap, yesterday too. It's like there is something heavy in the air.

Oh yeah, they chemtrailed.

Re: Anyone else feeling fatigued?
I am having exactly the same feelings of sudden tiredness and a warm forehead and it comes in waves. Today is especially bad. I slept in until 7.45 which I normally don't do, usually up at 6.30, and felt wiped out about two hours later. I have a headache, my forehead is hot and my neck is sore. And my son is feeling the same way today, he's gone back to bed, but I hate sleeping during the day. Then I read this!

I always eat healthy foods, take vitamins and supplements every day, drink lots of water and I'm not overweight.

I was thinking that maybe I'm coming down with the flu or something, but I can't remember the last time I even had a cold.

I've never seen chemtrails where I live and it's not really hot. It's more like an external force or pressure trying to wear me down.

This is a global phenomenon, which is weird, but I'm sort of glad other people have the exact symptoms, cos it means I'm not getting sick.

Maybe we should start thinking about what else we may have in common?

There was a red comet/shooting star in my dream last night, and lots more normal ones. And the stars were all wobbly... I asked someone why, but you know what...? Can't remember the answer doh as usual... :(

Re: Anyone else feeling fatigued?
Wow creepy, for the last week I've been incredibly fatigued and I've had very fitful sleeps (waking up 10+ times during the night, body aches, feeling fatigued all through the day etc). This is extremely unusual for me as well, I bodybuild and eat very well, and I've never had problems with sleeping before.

I have felt fatigued since I turned 50 - that was 9 years ago and it has gotten worse. I feel better if I take testosterone shots, but once it wears off, I feel worse than ever.

I don't eat well, am about 20 lbs overweight, and don't get much exercise due to multiple surgeries over the last decade.

Yours symptoms could be hormonal or due to a virus that had led to malaise.
