Most people discover the reality of chemtrails by initially reading about it on the Internet and then going outside and looking up into the sky. Why should we be so concerned about Chemtrails?

A "flu-like" epidemic is on the rise which the Centers for Disease Control says may be due to some "unknown pathogen". From their May 6, 2000 Influenza Summary Update, 11 out of every 100 newly dead people have died from this "Influenza-Like Illness", but 99% of sick patients have tested negative for the flu. The most prevalent symptoms reported by witnesses in the wake of these white plumes are: Persistent hacking coughs, upper respiratory and intestinal distress, pneumonia, extreme fatigue, lethargy, dizziness, disorientation, splitting headaches, aching joints and muscles, nosebleeds, diarrhea, bloody stools, depression, anxiety, loss of bladder control and nervous tics. The elderly, young and those weakened by disease or in poor physical condition are the first to feel the CT effects.

What's in the chemtrails, and why are they spraying us?

We wish we knew. There are only a few planes in the world that have the equipment to analyze the spray mix and can get to the CT altitudes, clearance must be obtained to fly into the trails and money must be raised for the $22,000 per day plane rental fee.


There may be several programs working at the same time. Possibilities include atmospheric and weather modification and biowarfare. Many theorize that it s part of a clandestine operation to implement the New World Order (NWO) by eliminating society's "useless eaters" and the infirm and/or to reduce the population to a support level for the "elite". Originally, it was thought to be mass inoculation for possible biowarfare attack; this theory has been ruled out with the increase of sicknesses and illnesses in the CT paths.

Edward Teller's (inventor of the hydrogen bomb) proposal to reduce global warming to the U.S. involves spraying minute aluminum particles to deflect the sun s harmful ultraviolet rays but still allow the Earth s heat to rise through them. This seems to be supported by rainwater tests after heavy spraying in Espanola, Canada which contained 7 times the allowable limit of aluminum. In this instance, the areas with the least ultraviolet protection, as in the Southwest, would be the heaviest sprayed. Most often, this does not seem to be the case.

Generally, spraying increases as clouds build. Chemtrails may be the reason that over half the world and over half the U.S. have been experiencing drought for the past 2 years. Witnesses have reported watching chemtrails fall through cumulus clouds, leaving the real clouds "skinny" and within a few minutes totally gone. Typically, storm clouds build and mix with the chem ingredients, resulting in a grey, uniform "mucky" sky which doesn t rain. The real clouds disappear, leaving behind the chem formations which were on top of the storm system. Another possibility is barium salt mixtures. The Variable Terrain Radio Parabolic Equation (VTRPE) shows pilots what nearby radar systems can and cannot see under different terrain and atmospheric conditions. It was tested and perfected after aerosol barium titanate salt mixture was released from military aircraft, forming chemical trails in the atmosphere across America. Barium salts were also used in Libya, Panama and Desert Storm where they were sprayed and exploded overhead to make the people extremely sick and weak. It s a radioactive material that accelerates and magnifies the effects of other mix ingredients by altering the chemical structure of the other agents. A spectrum analysis reveals only the barium compounds and hides the "bad stuff" by placing a shell around it. After time, it releases the other agent. Think of it as a time release death pill.

ake-up call in February of 1998. I had taken my 35 mm camera with me to the monthly meeting of the Orange County Chapter of the American Society of Dowsers and after the meeting, I had stopped off at a supermarket. After getting out of the car, I photographed for the very first time, the strange looking "contrails" that William Thomas had been describing on the Art Bell radio program a couple of weeks earlier. Thomas had dubbed them "chemtrails" on the Bell show to distinguish them from genuine (and rarely seen) short-lived ice crystal trailings properly identified as contrails. "Holy Cow", I thought to myself, ."We're being sprayed right here in southern California!" (Thomas lived near Vancouver, British Columbia). Chemtrail spraying seems to be heaviest and most constant over North America and most countries of western Europe. CHEMTRAILS COULD BRING “STRATO BUGS” TO EARTH
An NCAR bulletin says that microscopic bacteria and algae aloft in the upper atmosphere apparently “play a key role in the processes that create clouds and trigger rainfall.”

A surprising series of balloon flights made high above the U.S. during the 1960s collected stratospheric samples swarming with live bacteria and fungi, as well as viruses bigger than any known at the time. This three-quarters water world is brimming with the bugs, with coastal seawater containing as many as ten million large virus-like “nannobac” particles per quart. The most populous organisms on Earth are about one-tenth the diameter and 1/1000 the volume of ordinary bacteria.

The sub-microscopic strato-bugs could play an important part in triggering rainfall and altering climate. Inadvertently precipitating these living nuclei out of the sky with large quantities of free-falling chemical aerosols could cause drought. [New Scientist Aug 26/00]

Professor Emeritus in the Department of Geology at the University of Texas at Austin, Dr. Robert Folk figures that these ultra-tiny creatures are “possibly an order of magnitude more abundant” than normal bacteria that swarm everywhere. Tiny air-delivered particles don't just mess up the weather. The EPA reports that sub-micron particles bypass lung filters and enter the blood stream, triggering high blood pressure that can cause heart attack within two hours of inhalation. Researchers document "a significant increase" in the number of stroke victims when PM pollutant levels rise. [Idaho Observer May/04]

Harvard School of Public Health and the American Cancer Society has already found strong links between high levels of small particles and a rise in death rates. Particles in the lower size range called for by the Hughes aluminum oxide spray patent are “most strongly tied to illness and early death, particularly in people who are already susceptible to respiratory problems.”

The EPA says that particulate fallout 10 microns or smaller results in a 5% increased death rate within 24 hours. Teller and the Welsbach “chemtrail” patent calls for spraying 10 million tons of sunlight-reflecting aluminum oxide, 10 microns across.

Particulate Matter is thought to “initiate and/or exacerbate respiratory disorders, such as asthma and airway hyper-responsiveness and is epidemiologically associated with causing death in the elderly and those with pre-existing respiratory, or cardiopulmonary disease," the LA Times reports. “After they reach the heart, the particles are thought to cause a stress reaction in cells, producing inflammation that contributes to heart disease. Nanoparticles 80,000 times smaller than the width of a human hair can also travel to the brain after being inhaled.

Noticed spraying right above my house this morning. I live outside of Syracuse NY. Went outside a half hour later, and spraying was still going on, just a little bit farther over in the sky. THis was not a passing plane. It persisted in my area for a long time.

When Bob and Dave introduce them, Hank's new friend is carrying his copy of the “The Mission”. As Hank later relayed to me, “He was upset by it because it followed and tracked what they actually did accomplish in 1996.”

Because I had previously drawn on congressional testimony and military sources to extensively document more than a decade of illegal “Open Air” tests of biological simulants on Americans, coast-to-coast during the 1970s and early '80s, I was surprised when Hank confirmed that the U.S. Army Medical Material Development Command at Fort Dietrich still issues final project grants for bio-simulants still being released over U.S. cities-20 years after this program was supposedly stood down.

“It's bad crap, but not the worst crap,” Hank tells me, explaining how “at least one out of five or more genetically altered molecules” will eventually release their material to “bind with something more compatible”-such as living human cells… If you take a more than moderately heavy metal and out it into a liquid or foam into the atmosphere it will cause a visible streak in the sky.”

Hank's informant-an individual I name “Ezekiel”-is closely involved with a previously unconfirmed aspect of the chemtrails program. This verified “insider” discloses that military applications occasionally piggybacked on chemtrail missions add supposedly benign biological agents to chemtrails to see if these slightly sick-making agents will be absorbed and by the atmosphere-or carry to the ground where, as in previous “Open Air” experiments, crowded emergency rooms can attest to their effectiveness.

As Hank puts it, “You can pretty much tell what the target saturation will be”-for more lethal variants eventually used against a targeted population.

“The things people are seeing worldwide are part and parcel of a larger experiment,” Hank was told. “The real kicker is that it's more than a 'dual use' kind of thing.”

As he goes on to explain, chemtrails are also being used to bounce radiation from radar and radio transmissions “over the horizon”-clear around the globe if necessary. This “aerial obscuration” as the Air Force officially terms it, also deflects electronic spy satellite sweeps “without destroying said satellite,” Hank was told. “Unlike frying the sat with a directed energy pulse, blocking its sensors with a temporary chemtrail shield to mask military deployments below is not considered an act of war.”

After all, Hank notes, if a chemtrail is “opaque enough to bounce a signal off of, it's opaque enough to block a signal going through it.”

In the briefing provided by his accented chemtrails source, Hank learns, “This stuff has a specific dispersal rate; a specific descent rate. Once we spray it, we are learning that it will cover X area in X amount of time.” Once these variables are known by looking for specific biological markers in chemtrails-or in people sickened enough to see their doctors-“you can say it will ht the ground with plus or minus” concentrations.

But he stresses that biological simulants do not have to be inserted into chemtrails for this program to proceed.

“There's another level to this that if exploited could accomplish the mission. “The fungus, the viruses, the bacteria”-living and reproducing harmlessly in the upper atmosphere-“they don't have to be something that's put it in. There's some that they do. But mostly they are passively receiving information on what this material would hold onto.”

Brought to the ground by latching onto falling chemtrails, pathogens that naturally exist in the upper atmosphere are easily identified because they have been mutated by unfiltered ultraviolet sunlight into strikingly distinguishable variants of their earthbound kin.
